• Returns will not be accepted unless we have been notified within 3 days of receipt of defective goods by emailing returns@posterperfection.com

  • Damaged products and packaging must be retained for inspection by our carriers.

  • If you return a Product to us:
  •      -     In the event of damaged products we will willingly, if possible, replace the defective product with an identical product free of charge.
         -     If we refund your purchase we will process the refund to you as soon as possible. For overseas orders you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

  • Refund of 'returned Products' lost in transit will not be accepted unless proof of posting is supplied.

  • Claims of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of despatch.
