Returns will not be accepted unless we have been notified within 3 days of receipt of defective goods by emailing email@example.com
Damaged products and packaging must be retained for inspection by our carriers.
If you return a Product to us:
- In the event of damaged products we will willingly, if possible, replace the defective product with an identical product free of charge.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Refund of 'returned Products' lost in transit will not be accepted unless proof of posting is supplied.
Claims of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of despatch.
- If we refund your purchase we will process the refund to you as soon as possible. For overseas orders you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
